Trainee
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and demonstrates a strong desire for success. The ideal candidate will be prompt and ready to work each day, assisting with set-up, clean-up, and painting tasks, consistently completing lower-level tasks such as removing and installing downspouts, shaking drops, and caulking or spackling, while also being able to switch between tasks and learn standard procedures effectively. The position involves some heavy lifting, so physical stamina is essential.
As a Painting Trainee, you will assist skilled painters in various painting projects, learning essential techniques and safety protocols along the way. Your responsibilities will include preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying finishes under supervision. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a hands-on environment while contributing to the completion of high-quality work. A passion for creativity and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.

Level 1 Painter
We are seeking a skilled Level 1 Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate can set up and clean up work areas without supervision, painting and surface preparation, effectively operate a power washer, and consistently perform cutting, rolling, and trimming tasks with minimal errors. This individual should be able to quickly identify issues such as bleeding, water stains, and lap marks, while fully understanding common standard. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of using ladders up to 24 ft and proficiently handle standard hand tools and Festool sanding systems.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the painting industry while developing their skills and knowledge. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this position.

Level 2 Painter
We are seeking skilled Level 2 Painter who understands our diverse product lines and their specific applications with ability to explain their use to clients. The ideal candidate is to be proficient in completing small drywall repairs and basic carpentry tasks. They should be familiar with standard procedures for less common situations including popcorn removal, wallpaper removal, and the application of stain and polyurethane. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of planning and setting up more complex scaffolding and demonstrate significant speed and efficiency when using a brush and roller.

Level 3 Painter
We are looking for a qualified Level 3 Painter to become valued member of our team. The ideal candidate have extensive experience in hanging taping drywall, including a strong ability to apply of skim coats. Proficiency removing and replacing siding, trim, and deck boards is crucial for this role. A comprehensive understanding of surface preparation for painting, including the appropriate sanding techniques primer selection, is required. Familiarity with the Benjamin Moore product line, along with a foundational understanding of Sherwin-Williams and Minwax products, is necessary. The ability to independently manage small projects without oversight is a key requirement.
